18A:65-34. Visitorial powers of supervision and control 18A:65-34. The visitorial general powers of supervision and control of the Chairman of the Commission on Higher Education at the request of the Governor over Rutgers, The State University, are continued and are defined as the powers to visit the university to examine into its manner of conducting its affairs and to enforce an observance of its laws and regulations and the laws of the State.
