18A:66-91. Repealer of sections 24 through 110 of chapter 13 of Title 18 of the Revised Statutes, with amendments and supplements, but continuing the teachers' pension and annuity fund, saved Section 3 of chapter 37 of the laws of 1955 is saved from repeal. [This section repeals sections 24 through 110 of chapter 13 of Title 18 of the Revised Statutes, with all amendments and supplements thereto as of January 1, 1956, but continues the teachers' pension and annuity fund with its membership, securities, investments and other assets and continues any benefits and allowances granted prior thereto under the statutes so repealed.] L.1967, c.271.
