18A:7-14 Term county superintendent deemed to refer to executive county superintendent of schools. 56. Whenever, in any law, rule, regulation, order, contract, document, judicial or administrative proceeding or otherwise, reference is made to the office of the county superintendent of schools, the same shall mean and refer to the office of the executive county superintendent of schools.L.2007, c.63, s.56.
