§ 18a-7-4

18A:7-4 Withholding salaries and expenses. 18A:7-4. The commissioner shall, subject to appeal to the State board, cause to be withheld the orders for the payment of the salary and expenses of any executive county superintendent, who shall fail to perform faithfully all of the duties imposed upon him by this chapter or by the rules of the State board, until he shall have performed all of such duties.
