18A:7-5 Full-time officer; general jurisdiction. 18A:7-5. Each executive county superintendent shall devote his entire time to the duties of his office, and he shall have general supervision of all of the public schools of the districts of the county except those city school districts in which there shall have been appointed superintendents of schools.
