18A:71B-16 Amount of scholarship; payments. 18A:71B-16. Amount of Scholarship; Payments. A Garden State Scholarship shall entitle the recipient to an award in an amount established by the authority pursuant to N.J.S.18A:71B-12, and subject to the amount of appropriations available therefor. Payments under this article shall be made by the State Treasurer on the order of the executive director in accordance with the rules adopted by the authority. L.1999,c.46,s.1.
