18A:71B-28 Definitions. 18A:71B-28. Definitions. As used in this article: 'Garden State Savings Bonds' means bonds of the State of New Jersey and its authorities issued pursuant to the provisions of this article. 'Institution of higher education' means any public institution of higher education as defined in N.J.S.18A:62-1 and any independent institution of higher education which is an 'eligible institution' as defined in section 3 of P.L.1979, c.132 (C.18A:72B-17). 'Issuing officials' means the Governor, the State Treasurer, the Director of the Division of Budget and Accounting in the Department of the Treasury and the issuing authority or agency.
