18A:72A-69 Criteria for approval, specific information in grant application. 11. In order to ensure the most effective utilization of the moneys in the technology fund and to guide governing boards which elect to apply for a grant, the Secretary of Higher Education shall establish criteria for approval and shall specify the information to be included in a grant application.
