Annual scholarships A Martin Luther King Physician-Dentist Scholarship shall be awarded annually by the board of directors of the New Jersey Educational Opportunity Fund to 15 New Jersey medical and dental students from disadvantaged or minority backgrounds selected by the university in which the student is enrolled.
