18A:72L-2. Monmouth College to select professor 2. Monmouth College shall select the individuals to fill the professorship for such periods of time and upon such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon, subject to available appropriations. The incumbent of the research professorship shall devote his or her time to teaching, active research, educational policy analysis, program development and public service.
