18A:72O-2 Selection, responsibilities of person appointed to chair. 2. Subject to available appropriations, New Jersey City University shall select an outstanding scholar to fill the chair for a term of up to two years under such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon. The person appointed to the chair shall devote his time to teaching, research, policy analysis, program development, and public service on issues associated with the economic revitalization of urban New Jersey.
