18A:72P-4 Report to Governor, Legislature. 4. The advisory council shall report to the Governor, and to the Legislature pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1991, c.164 (C.52:14-19.1), by December 31st of each year, on the activities of the advisory council and its findings and recommendations regarding issues relating to school-aged children and students attending public or independent institutions of higher education in the State.
