18A:7A-46 Procedure for creation, conduct. 13. a. School districts under full State intervention shall be created only as provided pursuant to section 15 of P.L.1975, c.212 (C.18A:7A-15). b. School districts under full State intervention may be conducted by and under the supervision of a State district superintendent appointed by the State Board of Education upon recommendation of the commissioner.
