Board of education to provide policy on graduation to students and parents Upon adoption by the local board of education, each board of education shall provide each high school pupil and the parents or legal guardians of such pupil with a copy of said board's policy on graduation, including a clear statement of the proficiencies required for graduation and those programs available to assist in attaining those levels of proficiency.
