18A:7F-5c Adjustments to school budget calendar, notification of nontenured personnel. 3. Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, the Commissioner of Education is authorized to make any adjustments to the school budget calendar and to the date for the notification of nontenured personnel pursuant to section 1 of P.L.1971, c.436 (C.18A:27-10) that are necessary to conform with the State aid notification date.
