18A:7G-11 Approval of local share of project. 11. A school facilities project shall not be constructed unless the local share of the project, if any, is approved in accordance with the provisions for the approval of capital projects pursuant to N.J.S.18A:22-1 et seq., N.J.S.18A:24-1 et seq. and P.L.1991, c.139 (C.18A:7A-46.1 et seq.), as applicable to the district.
