18A:7G-13.1 Audits conducted of certain projects. 9. The development authority, in consultation with the State Comptroller, shall cause an audit to be conducted of a school facilities project financed pursuant to P.L.2000, c.72 (C.18A:7G-1 et al.) which has a State share that exceeds $10,000,000. This provision shall not be construed to limit the authority of the development authority or the State Comptroller to conduct audits of other school facilities projects as provided by law.
