18A:7G-40 Prequalified contractors exempt from other prequalifying process. 66. A contractor who has been prequalified as a bidder on school facilities projects in accordance with the process established by the development authority pursuant to section 59 of P.L.2000, c.72 (C.18A:7G-33) shall not be required to undergo any other prequalification process to bid on a school facilities project.
