§ 19-12-3

19:12-3 County clerk, forwarding of notice of creation of political party to municipal clerks. 19:12-3. The clerk of each county shall immediately upon the receipt of the certificate from the Secretary of State setting forth that a political party has been created, forward a certified copy of such certificate to each municipal clerk of his county.
