19:14-5. Printing body of ballot From each end of such six-point diagram rule there shall be printed a four-point diagram rule extending at right angles and from such six-point rule to within not less than a half inch of the lower edge of the paper. Between these four-point rules and parallel to them and beginning at the six-point rule there shall be printed eight-point diagram rules to divide the ballot into vertical columns.
