§ 19-20-8

19:20-8. Statements and certificates filed with municipal clerks The board in the case of officers elected or public questions approved or rejected by the voters of a municipality or part thereof shall in the same manner and form make, certify and sign as many statements as to its determination and certificates thereto annexed, together with the statements of the results of the canvass of the election, as there are municipalities concerned, and file the same with the clerks of such municipalities.
