§ 19-22-1

19:22-1. Statement of determination When such statement and certificate shall have been made and subscribed, the board shall proceed to determine the person or persons who shall, by the greatest number of votes, have been duly elected to the office or offices for which he or they shall have been designated, together with the result of the vote cast upon any public question setting forth that it was approved or rejected; and thereupon the board shall make a statement of its determination.
