§ 19-23-45-3

19:23-45.3. Rules and regulations The Secretary of State shall promulgate such rules and regulations as he deems necessary to implement this act, including the procedures to be followed in the filing, reporting and authentication of declarations of political party affiliation pursuant to R.S. 19:23-45.
