§ 19-23-58

19:23-58 Provisions of title applicable. 19:23-58. Any provisions of this title which pertain particularly to any election or to the general election shall apply to the primary election for the general election insofar as they are not inconsistent with the special provisions of this title pertaining to the primary election for the general election. amended 2005, c.136, s.33; 2011, c.134, s.31.
