§ 19-27-11-4

19:27-11.4. Office remaining vacant In the case of a vacancy occurring with respect to a member of the Senate or General Assembly who was not elected as the candidate of such a political party, the office shall remain vacant pending expiration of the term. L. 1988, c. 126, s. 10.
