19:32-56 Appointment of officers if office re-established. 3. An individual shall be appointed to fill the office of superintendent of elections pursuant to section 1 of P.L.1947, c.167 (C.19:32-26), and an individual shall be appointed to fill the office of deputy superintendent of elections pursuant to section 1 of P.L.1992, c.17 (C.19:32-26.1), in a county if the offices are re-established pursuant to section 2 of P.L.2018, c.163 (C.19:32-55).
