§ 19-45-2

19:45-2. Expenses borne by State All costs, charges and expenses incurred by the State Board of Canvassers, Secretary of State or any other officer or official of the State government in carrying out any provisions of this Title shall be paid by the State. Amended by L. 1987, c. 151, s. 1.
