19:48-3.19. Certification to municipal clerk of voting machines rented In the event such an agreement is made, such superintendent of elections or such county board of elections, as the case may be, shall, before the thirtieth day prior to the date of the municipal election for which the voting machines have been so rented, certify in writing to the municipal clerk of the municipality in which such election is to be held that at least one voting machine will be provided for each election district of such municipality for use at such election.
