19:48-3.6. Purchase of voting machines as available If the State House Commission is unable to purchase sufficient voting machines to meet the requirements of this act, it shall purchase such number as may be available and thereafter, from time to time, make further purchases of such voting machines as they become available, until sufficient voting machines have been purchased to meet the requirements of this act.
