§ 19-58-12

19:58-12. List of applicants; inspection Each county clerk, upon receipt of applications for Presidential ballots for removed residents shall make a list of them according to the municipalities of the addresses, or former addresses, in this State of the voters making such applications, which list shall be open to examination at all times by the county board of elections, the commissioner of registration, and the superintendent of elections in counties in which there is a superintendent of elections, of the county.
