19:58-26. Person receiving presidential ballot not to vote in person No person who has applied for a Presidential ballot and to whom such a ballot has been either delivered in person or forwarded by mail by a county clerk, shall be permitted to vote in person at the polling place in his election district on the day of the election, but a Presidential ballot properly authenticated in the manner provided by this act may be voted and counted notwithstanding that the voter is in the State on the day of the election.
