19:59-13 Rules and regulations. 13. To effectuate the purposes of this act, P.L.1976, c.23 (C.19:59-1 et seq.), and its administration, the Secretary of State is authorized to promulgate such rules and regulations as he deems necessary and desirable. L.1976, c.23, s.13; amended 2008, c.61, s.14.
