§ 19-8-11

19:8-11. By whom provided and repaired The county board in counties of the first class and the board of chosen freeholders in counties other than counties of the first class shall provide sufficient ballot boxes for use in the polling places of each election district within the county; and the clerks of the several municipalities shall keep in repair and store the ballot boxes at the cost and expense of the municipality.
