19:8-3.3 Polling places, compliance with federal ADA. 3. The Attorney General shall be responsible for ensuring that each polling place is in compliance with the federal 'Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990' (42 U.S.C. s. 12101 et seq.) and shall exercise oversight authority over the county boards of elections to ensure that each polling place is in compliance with that federal act.
