§ 19-9-5

19:9-5. Distribution of supplies by municipal clerks Where supplies are delivered by the county clerk or the county board to the municipal clerk for distribution, the municipal clerk shall deliver the same at his office, or in any other way that he sees fit, to a member of the district board and take a proper receipt therefor and file the same in his office.
