20:3-42. Recovery of taxes or other municipal liens or charges The provisions of this act shall not be construed to prevent any municipality from retaining from or recovering out of any moneys paid by it into court, under this act, any sum or sums due to such municipality, for taxes or other municipal liens or charges against any property taken in condemnation.
