20:3-49. Repeal of chapter 1 of Title 20 and P.L.1942, chapter 14 Chapter 1 of Title 20 of the Revised Statutes and P.L.1942, chapter 14 are repealed as of the effective date hereof; provided, however, that this act shall not affect statutes insofar as they regulate the ascertainment and payment of compensation for property condemned or taken by bodies organized and administered as a result of or under compacts between States.
