21:1B-1 Definitions. 1. As used in this chapter: 'Board' means the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Education and Safety Board; 'Bulk plant' means intermediate establishments or points of storage and distribution, as distinguished from terminals and refineries, from which liquefied petroleum gas is distributed to retail dealers and consumers; 'Commissioner' means the Commissioner of Community Affairs; 'Department' means the Department of Community Affairs; and 'Liquefied petroleum gas' means any material which is composed predominantly of any of the following hydrocarbons, or mixtures of the same: propane, propylene, butanes (normal butane or isobutane), and butylenes.
