21:1C-3. Model rocket, certification required for sale or usage 3. A model rocket shall not be sold, offered for sale, made available to the public, or used in this State unless it has been certified by the commissioner. A model rocket shall not be used in this State except in accordance with this act and in compliance with the rules and regulations promulgated in accordance with section 6 of this act.
