§ 21-3-6

21:3-6. Copy of application and permit forwarded to Department of Labor 21:3-6. A duplicate copy of the application and of the permit granted shall be forwarded to the Office of Safety Compliance in the Department of Labor by the governing body granting such permit and such copies shall be kept on file in the department, subject to public inspection.
