22A:2-21. Attorneys responsible for fees Attorneys for the respective parties shall be liable and responsible for all fees charged by the Clerk of the Supreme Court and the Clerk of the Superior Court, unless the court otherwise directs. L.1953, c. 22, p. 397, s. 11.
