22A:3-5. Disposition of fees and costs Money received in accordance with section 22A:3-4 of this Title by a municipal court or a court with jurisdiction in one municipality shall, unless otherwise provided by law, be accounted for by the court and paid to the municipal treasurer and to the officer respectively within thirty days from receipt thereof.
