§ 23-2-5

23:2-5. Payment of compensation and expenses The compensation and expenses incurred under this title may be paid by the state treasurer, on warrants of the state comptroller, on bills properly approved by the board out of the resident license fund and other receipts of the board, received through the board, or otherwise.
