23:3-1d. Pennsylvania fishing license holders permitted to fish in Delaware river 3. A valid fishing license issued by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania shall constitute a proper license, as required pursuant to subsection a. of R.S. 23:3-1, to fish in the waters of the Delaware river within the jurisdiction of this State.
