23:3-1g Fee for hunting migratory birds. 6. For the purpose of meeting the costs of complying with information collection activities mandated by the United States Fish and Wildlife Service Migratory Bird Harvest Information Program, the division is authorized to charge a fee of $2.00 to any person who hunts migratory birds, which fee shall be in addition to any other fees charged for licenses, permits, or stamps required by law to hunt migratory birds.
