23:3-4.4. Forwarding of certificates The license issuing clerk or agent designated under section 23:3-7 of the Revised Statutes to issue licenses shall forward such certificates to the division, attached to his monthly report covering sale of licenses. L.1954, c. 57, p. 407, s. 3.
