23:3-56. Penalty for noncompliance A person holding a permit issued under sections 23:3-54 and 23:3-55 of this title, who fails to comply strictly with the provisions of said sections 23:3-54 and 23:3-55 relating to the catching of fish under the permit, shall be liable to a penalty of fifty dollars.
