23:4-38.3. Violations; penalty Any person violating the provisions of section 3 of this act shall be subject to a fine of not more than $50.00 for each offense and to the forfeiture of his license to trap. L.1971, c. 405, s. 4. Amended by L.1984, c. 37, s. 9.
