23:4-42.8 Guidelines for venison donation program. 3. The Commissioner of Health and Senior Services shall develop guidelines, in consultation with the Commissioner of Environmental Protection, the Secretary of Agriculture and the chairman of the Fish and Game Council, to effectuate the purposes of this act.
