§ 24-16b-45

24:16B-45. Acts of agents, servants and employees When construing and enforcing any provision of this act, the act, omission or failure of any officer, agent, employee or other person acting for any licensee shall be deemed to be the act, omission or failure of the licensee, as well as that of the person committing said act, omission or failure.
